Privacy Policy
SsmsAgentic is a desktop extension that runs locally inside SQL Server Management Studio. This policy explains what data the extension handles, what its seller collects through this website, and what neither of them ever receive.
1. Who we are
SsmsAgentic is published and sold by Webco SRLS, a company incorporated in Italy ("Webco", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request you can reach us at support@web-co.io.
2. What the extension processes on your machine
When you use SsmsAgentic inside SSMS, all work happens locally on your Windows machine:
- Your SQL connections — the extension rides on the connection you already opened in SSMS. It does not read, copy, or store your passwords, connection strings, or Entra tokens.
- Your prompts and query results — only the content you explicitly send as part of a chat message is transmitted to Anthropic through the locally-installed Claude CLI, under your Claude subscription and Anthropic's terms.
- Local audit log — every query, approval, and denial is written to a local JSON file on your machine so you can review or ship it to your SIEM. It never leaves your machine unless you export it.
The extension does not include analytics, crash reporting, telemetry, or any third-party tracking SDK.
3. What this website collects
This landing page is served as static files. We do not set tracking cookies or embed third-party analytics. Standard server access logs may record your IP address, user-agent, and requested URL for operational and security purposes; these logs are kept for a short retention period and are not used to build user profiles.
4. What we collect when you contact or license us
- Email correspondence — if you email us at support@web-co.io we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply.
- License purchases — checkout is handled by an external payment processor that collects the minimum billing information required to issue a VAT-compliant invoice. We receive your name, company, billing country and VAT ID (where applicable), and the last four digits of the payment method.
5. Third parties
- Anthropic (Claude) — prompts and content you voluntarily send through the extension are processed by Anthropic under your own Claude plan.
- Payment processor — used only for license checkout.
- GitHub — the download link points to github.com releases hosted by GitHub, Inc.
We never sell personal data, and we never share it for advertising.
6. Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and applicable Italian law you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing or request data portability. Email support@web-co.io and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "last updated" date below will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
